Basic duties: The DOL ITOM contract includes DOL engineering, application, and business support activities. The work includes the study, design, development, integration, testing, verification, and operations of critical information systems responsible for providing support services to the DOL and its Agency customers. As an Intern, you will join the program team to provide business and process support across all the functional areas – focusing primarily on the projects/efforts assigned to the Program Manager. You will have the opportunity to learn the basics of project/program management, financials analysis, communication plans, contract support and learning the day-to-day of executing a 311M program.
Other important details needed: A High School diploma and are entering your junior or senior year as a student pursuing a BS/BA/BBA in Business, Business Information Technology or related field at an accredited university offering a 4-year degree program. Basic duties: This person will be collaborating with the other 2 interns in Reston, VA & Bellevue, WA on all project assigned to them. This person will assist with team building activities to help unify our teams while working from home. This person must be present for calls, meetings, and all other types of events. Collaborate with other support engineers and product leads to resolve customer issues. Represent the company in a positive manner with timely updates and knowledgeable answers. This person will have the opportunity to job shadow several members of the Support team to learn their day to day business operations. This person will have an opportunity to interview several members of the Support Leadership to discuss career development and high level operations. This person will be asked to assist the Operations Manager with the performance of tasks to help support the team. This person will create and deliver a presentation with the other Support iXp interns to the organization outlining their experience and learning.

Basic duties: Collecting and analyzing data to identify opportunities for market penetration and/or growth in net new and customer base. Researching competitive positioning and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly. Work closely with the Field Marketing Managers to support event marketing, lead generation, lead conversion, follow-up, and MDR support/enablement. Assist with developing social media posts and advanced demand generation tactics. Create engaging stories and effective content to grow our campaign initiatives. Work with Field Marketing Managers to grow and optimize community engagements. Work with Field Marketing Managers to create stories for podcasting and video content, to include strategies to amplify content. Work with Programs Manager to identify health of the database improvements and strategies for enhancing data. Maintain and enhance team collaboration tools and reporting tools.
